Outpatient Rehabilitation
Activities
Patients visit during the day to receive health checks, rehabilitation, baths, meals and other services performed by our staff under the specialist supervision. Pick-up and drop-off service is also available upon request.
Inspiration Activities
As part of rehabilitation, hobbies and inspiration activities such as pottery are also offered.
Who Can Use Our Services
- Persons with Level 1 or 2 Needed Support
- Persons with Level 1-5 Need for Long-Term Care
Services are available for above persons.
Take-home Meals
Limited to days on which they use the facility, patients can request take-home evening meals (additional charge applies).
